About My Practice
I am a massage therapist in training with a deep respect for the body’s natural ability to heal, regulate, and restore balance, when given the right support. My approach to massage is attentive, intuitive, and client-centered, complimented by professional massage training and guided by my lifelong sense of connection to the body and the quiet intelligence that lives within us.
I work with thoughtful, intentional touch, combining relaxation techniques with therapeutic focus to support circulation, mobility, and overall well-being. Consistent bodywork can be an essential part of stress management, injury prevention, and long-term health.
Massage, to me, is not just about addressing sore muscles, but about supporting the whole person. My approach is centered around this idea. That is why I decided to create an all-inclusive practice, where service price is determined by the time you decide to spend with me, and not by the tools that we choose to use for each session to help us achieve the ultimate experience for you. These tools may include hot stones, oil infusions, sound, and aroma therapies, energy work, such as reiki, and various other modalities - at no additional cost.
As I continue to experiment, learn, and gain experience - let me know if you have preferences on lubricants, sounds, or smells. Also, if you would like to try massage oil infused with white pine needles. This home-made mild oil infusion supports subcutaneous circulation, fatigued muscles, and adds anti-inflamatory and anti-microbial properties.

About Your Session
I set aside 10 minutes of buffer time for each appointment, so we could check-in before and after your actual paid session. We will begin with a brief chat to discuss how you are feeling, any areas of tension you have, injuries, or intentions for today's work. This helps me tailor the session to your body and needs of that day.
You will then be given privacy to undress to your comfort level and settle onto the massage table. Most clients choose to undress completely, while others prefer to leave underwear on - both are perfectly acceptable. You will be covered with a sheet and blanket at all times - only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Gluteal work is done over the sheet. Your comfort, modesty, and sense of safety are of utmost importance.
During the session, you can expect a dim, grounded environment with soft music and intentional touch that support relaxation, circulation, and nervous system balance. Pressure is adjusted based on your preference. You are encouraged to speak up at any time if something feels too light, too deep, or if you need anything changed.
Depending on the session, techniques may include flowing massage strokes, focused therapeutic work, gentle stretching, stillness, or integrative elements such as heat, aroma, or energy work when appropriate. Sessions are unhurried, allowing your body time to soften and respond. This is your opportunity to slow down, relax, and receive care in a supportive space.
After the session, you’ll have a few moments to rest and reorient before getting dressed. Water is offered, and I may share simple observations or aftercare suggestions with you.
I am committed to listening and learning, so that every session is both effective and deeply respectful of your needs. Please, share your feedback with me. It will help refine my skills.

About Nadya
I was born and raised in Russia, in a vast industrial metropolis, founded in the 18th century and known throughout the country as one of the toughest places to live due to its scale and intensity of industrial development. During World War II, the city housed major defense factories, earning its nick name - Tank-city. It is located at the foothills of the Ural Mountains - one of the oldest mountain ranges on the planet - on the western edge of Siberia, where Europe meets Asia.
Every summer my parents took us outside the city limits to connect to the incredible rich Nature that surrounds our region. It is well known for its healing muds, countless lakes, and rejuvenating forest air. Being close to that ancient landscape shaped how I understand strength, resilience, and balance. Nature doesn't rush, yet constantly moves toward harmony.
I moved to the US on my own, when I was just a teenager, inspired by love and faith. Eventually, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications, graduating with honors. I spent over 15 years in the technical writing field. My background includes work in a broad spectrum of industries, including printing, corporate supply chain management, federal food regulation, medical research, and US policy writing. I analyzed internal processes, developed and refined programs, procedures, and technical documents for senior leadership teams, led incident investigations, and trained employees. These experiences naturally shaped my ability to navigate conflict, an area I intentionally deepened further by completing a minor in Conflict Management. And in 2022, I was qualified by the Supreme Court of Minnesota as a civil and family mediator.
I enjoyed quite a bit of success in the corporate world. It gave me structure and experience, but it was not the whole story. Over time, I felt a clear pull toward the side of myself that had long kept me balanced by uniting analytical thought with the physical body and spirituality. That pull grew stronger while I was building our forever home here, in Pierz, and raising children together with my beloved husband. Then came a time and opportunity for me to explore this other dimension. This was the beginning of my journey into massage therapy.
It was our parenthood experience that showed me how often parents give until they are completely empty to those who depend on them, rarely pausing to replenish their strength. A depleted parent will still give, but not at the same level, depth, or quality. I am convinced that we should take at least one hour out of our week to pause, rest, and recharge. Perhaps while lying on a massage table.
[wink-wink]
Come and see me. Allow me to care for you, so you can renew your energy for your own wellbeing and for those who depend on you.
Wishing you Light and beautiful thoughts!
With warmth,
- Nadya
